40’ Valiant

Most likely, it was this VALIANT 40', which was
upgraded by her owner, who may have been the first to design and install an anchor BOW
SPRIT, that led several owners to "follow suit" and install an anchor bow
sprit .... now the hallmark of Valiant and marketed as the Valiant 42'.
With many custom additions throughout which have been implemented by experienced
yachtsmen, INCLUDING A HARD DODGER, this boat is equipped with Brookes & Gatehouse,
Ham Radio, Autopilot, 12 Winches and even a Boston Whaler tender. This VALIANT 40' does
need substantial deck work, however, to the best of our knowledge, she is a
"Pre-Blister EraValiant " yacht, as most of the Valiant 40's laid up
in 1975 have not shown the propensity for blistering above the water line. Should you be
in the market and are SERIOUSLY looking FOR A BROKERAGE VALIANT 40, which needs some
attention, and you have the time and skills to effect necessary repairs, THIS MAY WELL BE
